Dallas Pride starts Saturday, June 14, with the Music Festival, which includes vendor booths and a full line-up of entertainment on multiple stages in The Gay Building and on Big Texas. Pride is about community, about connection. I remember walking through the crowd, overwhelmed and wide-eyed, watching drag queens own the street like royalty, and feeling for the first time seen.
